The PTO is a very important and active group at WCE. We are responsible for all fund raising activities. Each year WCE PTO and Mr. Campbell work together to determine a specific item or items to be funded with monies raised by the PTO throughout the year. In the past, WCE PTO has purchased books for the Media Center, covered the PE court with a sunshade, and helped purchase new computers and technology for the classrooms. This year, our goal is to raise $40,000. With these funds we will help relocate the existing playground and purchase more playground equipment.
Each year the PTO hold a membership drive. It is $10 for a family to become a PTO member. We encourage all families to join the PTO... remember that all the PTO raises is put back into the school.

Board Meetings
Our first Board Meeting will be held Sept. 1 at 8:30 am in the PTO room behind the cafeteria.

General Meetings
PTO General Meetings are usually held in the cafeteria in conjunction with another event. Families are encouraged to attend these meetings to find out about any new bi-law changes, budget changes, and updates on events.
